These seven experts make up the technical advisory board for HR Expert. They evaluate manuscripts, suggest articles, and assist in the writing and editing process. They are also among the dozens of expert authors who submit articles to HR Expert.

Steve Bogner (sbogner@insightcp.com) is managing partner at Insight Consulting Partners and has been working with SAP HR since 1993. He has consulted for various public, private, domestic, and global companies on their SAP HR/Payroll implementations; presented at the SAP user group, ASUG; and been featured on the Sky Radio Network speaking about SAP HR. |

Manuel Gallardo (mgallardo@tsocorp.com) is a former platinum consultant with SAP America and has been working with SAP HR since 1994. He currently serves as an SAP HR functional architect at Tesoro Corporation in San Antonio, Texas. His area of expertise is Personnel Time Management, CATS, Personnel Administration, NetWeaver Portal and ABAP development. |

Martin Gillet (martin.gillet@cogilius.com) is an SAP-certified HR consultant (ECC 6.0, SAP R/3 Enterprise, and 4.0B) who works freelance on international projects. He graduated with honors in Human Resources Management from the Belgian Haute Ecole Namuroise Catholique (HENaC). Martin has worked with SAP R/3 since 1997 in the chemical, catering, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, food, banking, and oil industries. He has focused on SAP HR since 1998 and has other SAP expertise including XSS, LSO, E-Recruiting, CATS, Reporting, Authorizations PM and SAP NetWeaver Portal. Martin also enjoys sharing experiences and knowledge while training for SAP across Europe and taking an active part at SAP HR conventions. |

Clay Molinari (clay.molinari@verizon.net) has 15 years of experience in the IT industry and has been working as an SAP HR consultant since 1997. He is currently president of C&C Savant, Inc., an SAP consulting firm that specializes in bringing together a combination of standard R/3 configuration and custom ABAP programming to help its clients solve unique or complicated requirements. |

Greg Newman (greg.newman@newhithr.co.uk), originally from New Zealand, has been implementing and supporting HR and payroll systems since 1999. He has worked on numerous SAP HR and Payroll implementations for Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and several other international rollouts. Currently, Greg is a managing consultant working for Newhit HR and Payroll Solutions in England. |

Sven Ringling (s.ringling@iproconhcm.co.uk) is a senior partner at iProCon HCM in London (www.iproconhcm.co.uk), where he works with managers in HR, IT, and the business line to align Human Capital Management and business strategy. Before this he was the executive director of iProCon in Germany, where he’s still involved as co-owner and advisor, and has worked as an SAP HCM consultant for 12 years. Besides writing several publications about SAP HR in German, he is one of the authors of the SAP PRESS books Mastering HR Management with SAP and HR Personnel Planning and Development Using SAP.He co-founded the AdManus SAP HR consulting network in Germany (www.admanus.biz).
